This headlight is OEM and has regular minor surface scratches and signs of regular usage overall on the housing and lens. It also HAS NO BROKEN TABS! IT DOES HAVE A HOLE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE LENS, BUT THE BROKEN PIECE IS INCLUDED!! Lens will have to be fixed or replaced!! Please see the pics provided.
