Refund policy

At European Auto Supply LLC, we want you to be confident purchasing used and OEM auto parts from us. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns Window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received — uninstalled, unmodified, and with all original packaging.

Condition Accuracy: We describe all used parts as accurately as possible, including any wear, damage, or imperfections. Photos are provided in listings. If an item significantly differs from its description, contact us immediately.

Non-Returnable Items: Electrical components, special-order parts, and items that have been installed or modified are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrectly described or arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
