This headlight is OEM and has regular minor surface scratches and signs of regular usage overall on the housing and lens. It also NO BROKEN TABS, ALL INTACT! However it does have a small protrusion in the corner of plastic housing (see pic 2) that could easily be patched up. Please see pics provided. May need programming upon installation, so please review all pics and contact your local shop and make sure this light fits your vehicle prior to purchase.
