This headlight is OEM and has regular minor surface scratches and signs of regular usage overall on the housing and lens. It also HAS NO BROKEN TABS! ONLY TWO TABS HAVE A CRACK AROUND THE BASE OF THEM WHICH NEEDS TO BE PATCHED UP, BUT THEY ARE STILL INTACT!! Please see the pics provided.
